Even if Tecno gift me with their highest phone, likes of Camon 17 pro, Spark 7pro and the rest to be mentioned I will gladly collect it and still make use of the old Spark I am using...

It seems you're a new Comer to have said such.
A Tecno phone of that price is outrageous because there are phones at lesser prices with more value. These people keep recycling same crap and make little to no improvements. That's why it's advised to find the nearest carl care near you before getting a Tecno phone, because you'd be visiting them frequently.
I'll say it again, a Tecno phone of 100k is not worth it. Comparing that phone to redmi is a joke.

I think you guys in Nigeria are being over priced with these tecno phones. Here in UG that phone is currently at around 1M retail price which translates to about 110k naira. And that's for an 8GB/256GB model. The redmi however is not officially available from redmi so retailers that ship in their own units are selling at exorbitant prices of around 1.5M shs which translates to about 180k naira.

But if I'm being offered both phones at the same price I'll take the redmi. No question.

I use a standard battery drain test of 4hours gameplay and then deplete most of the remaining battery life on social media, all while connected to WiFi(because wifi is stable). A 5000mAh battery will likely be great for everyone but some phones with 5000mAh last an hour or 2 more than others.
