Did anyone notice there wasn’t steady light in Lagos and Ibadan for over 1month and just today after June 12 today.. they light was steady for several hour.. is this government playing mind games on us, is it for citizen not to have light to listen to new, charge there phone and disrupt communication so that people do not go out to protest? |
