Have you ever lived in ikoyi, lekki or VI and go to markets in these areas

Alot of ignorant people on nairaland there is no way you'll buy that plantain 1k at Ajah so it could be close that market if hs truly buys it from a super market

Though we are not in plantain season right now so yams and plantain are expensive

which lekki??name the market in lekki,is it itedo market??or oniru market??or ajah market??I repeat no market in ajah or lekki or vi where five pieces of that plantain is sold for 6k...even shoprite sells the bunch for 6500...not five pieces for 6k...I am talking about recent price of less than a week....Ebeano market is even cheaper.......maybe he can fool those that do not live in that area, but he cannot fool me......both Ebeano at opposite tantalizer in lekki and their other branch at (new market in oniru) none of them sell for that price ....and even the shoprite close to the lekki toll gate do not sell for that amount....I love plantain so much and I buy it steadily...
Re: The ₦6000 Bunch Of Plantain Mofe Duncan Bought (Photo) by juseng(m): 8:45pm On Jun 14, 2021
That means the price of just one pieces of that plantain could range from 1500-1600
Just one o.

Omihanifa:
That's the effect of insecurity Nigeria is currently facing undecided

When farmers can't go to farm in peace why won't food prices skyrocket angry
(A bag of beans now goes for 72,000 naira)

The short term solution to this current food inflation is for the government to open the borders and allow people bring in food items from neighbouring countries while the government wage war on bandits and killer heardsmen
So you fell for this lie? Nawa for you o
