If there is a news in Kano that the youths are pursuing the Yorubas or the Igbos to leave Kano for any reason, the government will immediately draft security personnels to ensure their safety even as the made their way to the park. As much as I want the Fulani's out of the west because of the trouble some of them have been causing, they are still human and Nigerians to which the government owe responsibility to protect

There are no cow rustling cases in South East where I come from. The issues here are farmers/herders clashes due to encroachment of farmlands by herders or reprisal attacks by farmers who kill or poison the cows. Cattle rustling is strange here and same goes for most Southern states.

Any part of this Country where Cows can be found, Cattle Rustlers is posible in such place.
