Nigeria is a member of IOC(if you know what it means). and also an oil exporting country... does that mean oil is extracting in every part of Nigeria..

Yes we have the Igbos of the Anioma stock in Delta north region of the state and they (all 3 ethnicity i.e Aniocha, Ika and Ukwuani of the Igbo tribe) aren't the majority in the state.

The Urhobos remain the largest ethnic group in Delta state and they occupy the Delta Central and a Lil part of Delta South.

So before, is it my language that will be taught? Just as Itsekiri is being taught in Warri North. That automatically makes the whole state an Itsekiri state?
