Arkelio Foods Ltd, Agric-based indigenous company with key focus on broiler production and
poultry processing.

Job role: Accounts/Administrative Officer.
The successful candidate in this role will be required to work in our AREPO office location, carrying out both accounts and administrative roles to support the Managing Director as the Business seeks growth opportunities. The candidate will need to be experienced in both accounts and general administration duties.
Key Responsibilities:
 Maintain the books and records of the business activities.
 Ensure accurate data input into the company’s ERP software
 Evaluating internal management systems, procedures, and risks in order to provide
recommendations
 Managing business accounts and preparing financial statements, and other management reports to meet strict daily, weekly and monthly deadlines
 Prepare and submit tax forms
 Provide administrative support for the senior management team.
Person Specification:
 A degree in accounting or similar qualification
 Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors.
 Previous work experience as an Accounting officer with Knowledge and competency in accounting principles and Administrative duties
 Hands on experience with accounting software such as Quickbooks, Tally prime.
 High level of computer literacy, including all MS Office products
 Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with all levels of staff and customers
