SLAP44: Twitter is only banned in Nigeria. He can still use it if he travels out of the country if he so desire. It is just a territorial ban and not a universal ban. That is why Nigerians in other countries as close as Benin Republic cannot be prosecuted if at all there is ever going to be one, for using twitter on the other side of Seme or Idi Iroko 2 Likes |
