Our client, a real estate company, currently providing property development and consultancy services, is looking to hire an experienced Operations Manager to manage its administrative and operational functions, improve performance, and drive growth.


Scope
Scaling company operations to meet market demands
Designing the most effective organizational structure to support business growth.
Increasing the quality of our core service (real estate development and consulting).
Supporting in building a culture of collaboration, accountability, and creativity amongst employees.
Managing operations across all departments - marketing, finance/accounting, project management, purchasing, and people.

Key Requirements:
Previous senior-level business operations experience (preferably in a real estate company).
A Bachelor's Degree in any field
At least five years post NYSC work experience
Effective communications skills (listening, speaking, writing)
Emotional intelligence and leadership skills
