Emohua Local Government chairman in Rivers State was earlier today spotted carrying out his official duty under a tree within the council headquarters.

City News Port Harcourt reported that the new council boss, Dr. Chidi Lloyd officially resumed duty today, June 21 under a tree within the council premises in Emohua Loca government area of the state.

According to the source, Hon. Chidi left his office and resumed duty under a tree because the office looks so dirty.
