Community sister and first daughter of a new generation family in Iju Obawole, Esther Chineye celebrated her 12th birthday on Sunday, in a beautiful house party along Old Akute Road in Ifako Ijaiye axis of Lagos.

The pretty privileged preteen is fast gaining popularity for generosity among friends in the neighborhood, as well as her family's magnanimous activities within the closely knit circle of elite families in the Iju community.

Well attended by neighborhood families and friends, Esther Chineye's birthday party started with a heartfelt prayer by her neighbor Mrs. Majekodunmi, followed by a host of games and photo sessions with everyone who came to celebrate with her.

When asked how she felt, Chineye Esther noted "Good health, wisdom, knowledge, understanding and protection as her wishes for the day"

Her mother Grace was expressive in giving God all glory while noting "God be praised, I'm very happy my daughter is celebrating her 12th birthday because some of her birthmates are deceased".

Her younger brother describes her as "the best" and that's why "I love her".

The neighborhood kids and friends who came to celebrate with Chineye Esther left with package of goodies, as the adult men retreated to a more private party.
