These 2 boys are currently at home, they are free.

Question is why did EFCC post a mug shot of people over an alleged crime they haven't investigated on the net?

I am beginning to imagine the amount of people they would have spoilt their images.

Imagine how much those guys images have been tarnished in their business and in their future and everyday lives.

Which kind demons dae disturb Nigeria

You can sue EFCC for wrongful arrest and detention. You have the right to refuse the mug shot, because you didn't commit any crime.
Nigerians should get personal lawyer to interpret the Constitution to them, knowing your rights will stop all this rubbish.

False alert.
All those emotional narrations are irrelevant.
I am 100% certain those boys aren't innocent.
"Obtaining by false pretence" means that they were reported for fraud by their victims.

Posting pictures of suspects is standard documentation practise of law enforcement.
Mugshots are taken after arrest even before charges are filed.

But if you think your friends are innocent and should never have been arrested, get a lawyer and make EFCC pay.
