We are recruiting for goal-oriented, teamwork enthusiasts and result driven business development officers for our Real estate company who can identify business growth opportunities, develop result oriented sale channels, build strong customer relationships and increase the revenue base of the company. Job only open for people living in close proximity to Ojodu Berger. Job Description: 1. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company's stakeholders (customers, staffs, investors, contractors, managements, etc.) 2. Analyzing customer's feedback data to determine whether they are satisfied with the company's products or not. 3. Providing workable and market proven insights into product development and competitive positioning. 4. Analyzing financial data and developing effective sales strategies in order to increase company's revenue. 5. Conducting effective market research to identify new business opportunities. 6. Collaborating with company's executives in order to determine the most viable, revenue generating and cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities. 7. Bringing business deals daily and meeting sales and team building targets. 8. Meeting with potential investors to present company's offerings and negotiate business deals. Job Requirements: 1. Applicants must be of good and unquestionable character. 2. Applicants must possess business management skills, administration skills, financial advisory, marketing, sales, and other relevant skills that will aid in effective performance. 3. Applicants must have a proven work experience as a Business Development Officer or in a similar role. 4. Applicants must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Applicants must possess excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, management, exceptional Negotiation and accurate decision-making skills. 6.
