JOB TITLE: SALES MANAGER

JOB BRIEF
We are seeking for qualified applicants for our client, a Major Player in Real Estate Sector. As a Sales Manager, you will contribute and develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote products sales and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
B2B Sales & Marketing.
Digital and Traditional marketing dynamics.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

REQUIREMENTS
Proven 3-5 years as a sales executive/manager with sound understanding of; Real estate sales and marketing.
Good communication skill.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and an excellent team player.
BSc/MSc in marketing or related field.
