RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support our rider fleet with day-to-day operations.
• Perform onboarding and activations of new joiners into the firm.
• Work on the selection process to make sure only the best riders on the city are part of our fleet.
• Be an expert on our Rider Application, and help riders understand it to perfection.
• Perform field surveys and gathering intelligence.
• Communicating new promotions, features, and information with our riders.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on performance of assigned partners.
• Be the company’s brand ambassador in the face of our riders.
• Receive constant training and knowledge to grow your career in rider operations management and marketing.
• Use top CRMs systems to track day-to-day operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• OND, HND, BSC, MSC in Logistics, Urban Transportation, or related field
• At list 3 years work experience in a LOGISTICS department or as a LOGISTIC SUPERVISOR
• Work experience in an E-commerce firm Supervising DISPATCH RIDERS is an added advantage.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in MS Office, G-docs, and call center equipment/software programs
• Raising the bar of the team and delivering results in timely manner
• Excellent problem-solving ability and attitude.
