Hello everyone..

Please I want to ask..

Is it proper for a Modelling agency to accept your job offer, basically on Facebook and then ask for 3k form fee or Registration fee.?

How legit are those agencies? cause with the rate of scams this days.. it's hard to see trusted agencies.
