Secondly under whose authority is he present in today's event? Maybe on his own behalf as well? Show us a link when he said his first visit was on his own behalf. Even a Senator or house of rep member that is not under a direct control of a governor, can't even go for an event that was highly politicise in that magnitude and say such not to talk of a Deputy Governor that is under the control of a governor.
