The Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) announced that 11 firms have been shortlisted for the Cabotage Vessel Financing Fund (CVFF). NIMASA's Director-General, Bashir Jamoh, confirmed this in a statement released to media on Saturday in Lagos.
