We require only people residing in Lagos as there is no accommodation provided.

Our client, is looking to hire a Bar Manager who will supervise all floor activity including assisting customers, monitoring staff and managing inventory; making sure that all requirements from clients are met in due time.

Responsibilities:

Supervise all employees.
Manage all communication between employees and management
Prepare reports to track performance of employees to enhance efficient evaluation.
Assist in preparing monthly salary slips for staff members working in the lounge
Monitor work and maintain an efficient rapport between floor employees and management.
Provide backup to trainees by offering excellent teaching and guidance.
Coordinate with other supervisor(s) and ensure employee compliance with company guidelines and procedures
Investigate all lounge issues and assist in resolving all mistakes for management team and working staff.
Analyze and identify growth for all projects and ensure high quality service.
Ensure a clean environment before, during, and after meal service and ensure arranged tables, chair and cushions as per standard plan for the lounge
Maintain efficient standard operating system for company and evaluate same.
Assist potential customers and maintain efficient relationships with existing customers.
Train staff to perform allocated roles.
Manage inventory.
Assist customers with any queries or requests.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years' experience in same or managerial position
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Highly organized.
Prior operations management experience with purchasing knowledge
Excellent communication and computer skills are needed, including knowledge of MS Office products
