The problem with such arrangement in an obscure party like Accord Party is that our people have short attention span. By the time Alex steps down, the little influence Maduka has would have waned. He doesn't have the influence of Ifeanyi Ubah to pull it off because gubernatorial is not Senatorial election. The latter is easier to manipulate.

I know there is no way they will let Dr Maduka off the hook easily if he still shows that there are available funds for political expenses. Politics in Nigeria is an industry on its own managed and supervised by unemployed/unemployable folks.
