If you had two job offers. One at a Federal medical centre and the other at NDLEA. Which of them would you go for?

For context purposes, the job at the medical centre is done on shifts.

For a female looking to fix up maritally in two years, which would you advise she goes for?

I'll advise you go for the NDLEA job because jobs that do shifts are not really advisable for married people because of the children and managing the home front.

We are working because of this kids and so we don't want them to suffer or lack parental care and attention which shifts jobs most times tend to bring about.
At least, everyone goes out together in the morning and come back in the evening to be home together. Therefore there's no room for nefarious activities and waywardness among the children.

With the way the world is going now, the children need close macking and monitoring.
