Chief of Staff, Governor's Office Calabar and CEO GFO Orim Foundation, Hon Martin Orim met with the Commandant General of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC), Com.Gen. Ahmed Audi (AA) at Abuja.

It was a courtesy visit aimed at discussing the possibilities of cooperation in security, crisis management and recruitment for Cross Riverians willing to enlist into the NSCDC.

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps ( NSCDC) was established by Act 3 of 2003 with numerous security responsibilities. The Act was amended in 2007 to enhance the capacity and the statutory functions of the Corps.

The meeting was fruitful to the glory of God.
