Such a valuable resource. It could have swayed your way if Auba had grabbed a double and Chris keeps a clean sheet against Villa. Interesting clash. You definitely gave me a run for my muller but then again, we came prepared.

We'll be heading back to Aba with the maximum points. Hope road dey clear abi una don block am? grin

How can you have Ronaldo and not captain him!?

Mitigating risk incase he doesn't start.

If he doesn't start and I captain him, I lose too much ground

If he starts and beasts, I at least keep half of his total potential points.

I ended up with captain Aubameyang (18 points) plus Ronaldo (13 points) = 31 points

Best case scenario was captain Ronaldo (26 points) plus Aubameyang (9 points) = 35 points

So I'm only 4 points down.

Imagine if Ronaldo started on the bench and only got 1 point.

My team currently would have:

Captain Aubameyang (18 points) plus Ronaldo (1 point) = 19 points

Worst case scenario would then be captain Ronaldo (2 points) plus Aubameyang (9 points) = 11 points

A difference of 8 points

Fair enough.

I regret not joining the Ronaldo bandwagon this GW. I would certainly have captained him if he was in my team.

Lukaku over Ronaldo for me.

But if I WC, I will look for a way to get them both in plus Salah and Antonio.

Lukaku just saved my Game week. If not for Ziyech and chalobah that couldn't pick a pass there would have been more.

Mazi Griffon beat me by 4 points

I don't know why I missed Marcal and went for Coady. The 7 point difference between them is what gave Griffon the win

Hehehe. These things happen. I noticed in Lage's current back-three set-up, the full-backs have been finding themselves in plenty of good attacking positions.

Ahead of their fixture swing, which sees them take on Watford, Brentford, Southampton and Newcastle United in the coming weeks, there was no better time to draft in my man Marcel. I woulda gone for Semedo, but mehn I can't recall the last time that guy assisted an orphan cheesy

That semedo had two big chances to score and lost both. He denied both Trincao and Jimenez of assists.

He's naturally a conservative wing-back.

I made mistake to bring in Calvert Lewin before I got confirmation of his injury status. Was already on 4 point hit. Rather than take an 8 point hit to replace him, I'm deploying my free hit jare.

free hit is once a season or twice?

Hehehe. I was tempted to snapshot but mehn, I didn't want to just get ahead of myself. We've made a blistering start to the season, but like you'll say, ''this is a marathon not a sprint.''

We are taking each game week as they come. I've been very less occupied with engagements this period, so that has helped too. We'll keep pushing, keep improving, keep enjoying our football.

In all, it's Aba to the world!
