Protect your projects from degradation and failure due to corrosion, using carbon wrapping.
Concrete is not Impervious, its actually just tolerant to water passage for a period of time. The water still gets to penetrate it and cause the metal reinforcement to rust, carbon wrapping is a form of waterproofing and it actually makes your concrete work many time stronger
