The cows are owned by elites all over the country but the major herders are fulani herdsmen who operate unchecked destroying farmlands, it's also stated in what I wrote for the need for southern governors to regulate the market, regulation in the sense that cows that are rared against legal state laws shouldn't find it's way to the market, something similar to what nafdac is doing with drugs. There is this my guy who was a proud BMC and one Nigerian supporter until today and that was because he learnt his lesson in the very "language he understood".
