What structure of government will be use in Yoruba nation? Is it federal or unitary?

What system of government will be used in Yoruba nation? Is it monarchy, parliamentary of presidential,

Which type of law will Yoruba nation use? Is conventional or customary,

All these questions may take decades of conflicts to resolve

Yoruba society is he homogeneous yet polarised into three equal parts ie Muslim, Christian and Traditional worshippers.

Those who are painting the picture of biafra or Oduduwa republic as a paradise are igorants. The end of a problem is the beginning of another.

While there is no good reason to personally respond to this poorly assembled write up, allowing this narrative to thrive unaddressed will be a big disservice to common sense, and the reading public.

Firstly, the body of your work is at variance with the title.
You made a strong claim that "A poor Nigeria would be better than a rich Biafra/Oduduwa Nation". Rather than give compelling reasons to substantiate the above claim, you ended up asking meaningless and ludicrous questions.

Curiously I want to ask OP. Who is this nonsensical questions meant for? Is it same people you've already insulted with your choice of title?

Secondly, your questions are poorly assembled.
Your focus ought to have been; how will parliamentary or presidential system of government affect the already existing fault lines in Yoruba society vis a vis the homogeneous nature, and polarization of Yorubas into three equal parts that you queried.

Furthermore, you did not mention why Nigeria is so poor and lawless today. Is it because we practice parliamentary/presidential system, or because we adopted conventional/customary law?
If a poor and lawless Nigeria of today would be better than a Yoruba Nation or Biafra of tomorrow, then it is animals that will likely be their citizens.
Nigeria is poor and lawless today not because of presidential/parliamentary or Conventional/Customary law. It is because there is no "JUSTICE"

Lack of Justice enthrone apathy, greed, corruption, etc. When there is no justice, there would be no accountability, and when that happens, there would be lawlessness.
As a leader, you don't apply the same law in different ways under the same conditions. This is the reason why most people are resentful towards anything "Nigeria"

It is the combination of the above that has led some citizens to develop apathy towards the Nigerian Project. The result which is their current agitation to go their separate ways.

Interestingly OP, the Nigerian experience will be a big learning curve for the new nations if by any chance they emerge. So making wild claims that Nigeria will be better than them is really unnecessary, especially without any evidence or logical explanation to back up your claim.

It is a shame that most young Nigerians don't submit themselves to the torture of critical thinking before writing about a national discourse as serious as Disintegration.

There is a reason you don't find cockerel in the jungle.
My advise is, go and play with sand because it is obvious this topic is too sophisticated for you to grapple with.

God forbid.

Biafra is a spirit and not an individual that can be arrested or killed.

Biafra is here because the shameless abduction of Biafran leader Mazi Nnamdi kanu by the Buhari terrorist regime has made it faster.

Oga, is it by force to stay together? Why can't the fulani stay on their own and leave us alone? After you will claim igbos are begging ss and Niger delta to be part of Biafra. What are you doing now? Idiotic unity begger. And for your information, I'm from the so called ss and Niger delta region. #Biafraexit

Don't get to the bridge before you learn how to cross. The advocates of Yoruba nation should convince us on how it will better than Nigeria, the reason for a new nation must go beyond Fulani issue.
