Turbo Express is a fast growing Logistics Company. We are looking to hire for an Operations Manager to oversees the organization's day to day activities by implementing the right processes and practices across the organization.


Minimum Qualification: Degree
Experience Length: 3 years

Responsibilities;

Reporting to the Managing Director you will have responsibility for driving the operational aspects of the business to include sales and services.
Be aware and sound understanding of competitors.
Managing and implementing performance management systems; collating, reviewing, and documenting departmental reports, tracking employee performance frequently, and assisting Managing Director with quarterly employee reviews.
Manage and direct operations team to achieve business targets.
Build strong relationship by addressing customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate and clear documentation for operational procedures and activities.
Conduct regular meetings with team to discuss about issues, concerns and updates.
Conducting recruitment plans- screening, interviewing and onboarding of new hires - Organizing employee training programs .

Job Requirement:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Knowledge of how a logistics company works.
Ability to analyze problems, solve problems and make decisions.
3-5 years experience managing a company's finances, operations, or strategies.
Proven ability to manage budgets in a similar role.
Proficient operational and financial acumen.
Strong ethical leadership abilities.
Strong people skills.
Outstanding organizational skills.

SALARY: N80,000
