Why are they in Lagos...are they Lagosians, did Lagosians invite them?

You can't just move into a state without invitation or permission, to hold rally. We must remain objective, I have nothing against Ighoho, but the rallies, he needs cooperation of the home state. Lagos has special status, it is the economic nerve of Nigeria.
