Job Summary
A reputable organization into cosmetics is seeking to recruit an office manager who would be responsible for the smooth running of the office on day to day basis and may manage a team of administrative or support staff.

Job Responsibility
• Organizing meetings and managing databases
• Booking transport and accommodation
• Organizing companies events and conferences
• Ordering stationery and furniture
• Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
• Preparing letters ,presentations and reports
• Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
• Managing office budget
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
• Assisting the organization HR functions by keeping personnel records to date, arranging interviews and so on
• Attending meetings with senior management
• Using a range of software package
• Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
• Delegating tasks to junior colleagues
• Managing office budgets

Qualification
• HND/B.Sc. in Management sciences or related discipline
• Knowledge of MS office
• Good interpersonal and time management skills
• Previous office based, secretarial or customer service experience is an added advantage
