Calm down you're not the only person. Mine is showing the same thing if I check it with my phone but if I check with laptop it will show finger print captured. We plenty sef and we took the matter to npower group on Facebook, that was when majority of shortlisted pple complained about the same thing. Sorry I don't know how to respond to question here in case you will like to ask one |

Your phone or computer displayed a save version of the nasim website. Log out of the portal and log in again. This sure will rectify the issue. |

After fingerprint, the next stage is shortlisting for verification. If you've not been shortlisted it's not a problem. The process is still ongoing since the name has not been sent to states for final verification or documentation |

alfredthegreat: Guy calm down. When I saw this I went to my portal to check mine too. Lo and behold I saw same thing too. I even checked my result and it showed me 12. Baba I was damn scared. I sent a message to them via the chatbot. I still wasn't comfortable so I logged out and logged in again and gbam it showed my original status. So don't be scared just logged out and log in again... That should help but if it doesn't send them a message via the chatbot. They should give you a reply. |
