Pls I bought this dell Latitude E6410 corei7 UK use, how do i on the Bluetooth. because there is no logo for it. Both the Wi-Fi and hot-spot are working fine.

Is the Bluetooth turning on?

Hi. I use same system the Bluetooth and second WiFi are controlled by a button at the right edge close to screen, it's a switch, just switch on the Bluetooth led will turn on.

driver issues or you didnt turn on the switch

I notice something again, while booting the system, the screen usually shows one sign that looks as if it's spoiling and then boot normally . I'm scared I don't know if it's a fault too or the way the graphics is. It has being like this from the day I bought it.

The screen is bad, from the color have seen on your pic.

It's just a matter of time before it pack up totally and by then your warranty days would have exceeded and you will be told to get another screen, oh it's a dell 6410 laptop, using 14.1 modules.
You will still spend over #20k if that screen is bad for a new one.

For this, your laptop probably needs a Bluetooth card which is not is not installed.

Some of this dell don't come with Bluetooth card, you have buy it and fix it before the Bluetooth can work.

i still believe your bluetooth is intact you just need a driver

There is no functional Bluetooth module on that pc. He will need to buy and fix it. Speaking from experience.

I do get that message if I don't get the right drivers after formatting my dell 3330
but anyway to confirm if your dell laptop comes with Bluetooth installed in it check the bios it will show all modules installed in it
