Dr George Moughalu ask court to nulifiy APC primaries.

Dr George Moughalu, the APC governorship Aspirant has approached the federal high court, Abuja to challenge the fake declaration by gov Dapo Abiodun of Ogun state led National Congress Committee which announced Senator Andy Uba as winner of the June 26 APC primary election for Anambra state November 6 governorship election.

In the suit sighted by AIF Media, Dr Moughalu is in court against APC, INEC and Andy Uba.

Apart from Moughalu, about 11 APC aspirants have vowed to stop Andy Uba and Dapo Abiodun's BenJohnson way of politics except the APC national leadership convenes a meeting of the Aspirants and party stakeholders where an aspirant can be picked through a consensus.

They are of same opinion that what Dapo Abiodun congress committee did in Anambra on June 26 was an open robbery that can never stand.
