We gathered that Mr Zik Zulu Okafor received the sum of forty five million (₦45,000,000.00) from the organization as part payment for his property.

When the organization contacted him to pay the balance, he said he was not interested in selling again and till now has refused to refund the forty five million naira(₦45,000,000.00) deposit which has been in his possession for over 2 years.

This is according to our sources, he has also being reported to be boasting that nothing can happen to him as he has connections with people in high places and dines and wines with lawyers and the judiciary everyday. However the issue is advised to be judged with caution nor to gain public sympathy, until the end is certain, but the silence of Mr Zik Zulu, for a while now, could make things to be true.

We gathered that he has been busy enjoying the money while the organization was finding ways to raise the balance. The matter is with the Police now, it will however interest the public to know how this will end as the accuse is yet to say anything to the public, nor to the organisation the deal was with at the initial stage.

When contacted/invited by the police, he claimed that he was out of town though sources close to him confirmed he is in town (obviously dodging the police invite). We are watching to see the outcome.
