The Governor of Rivers State, Chief Barr. Nyesom Ezenwo Wike CON has commissioned the National Union of Rivers State Student's National Secretariat,
The fully furnished NURSS National Secretariat has a 400 seater auditorium, a conference room, a 100 Seater ICT room, Cafeteria, offices, very spacious car park and power plant for steady power supply.

The Governor in his speech stated his commitment in trying his best to satisfy students affairs, although he may not finish all in his administration,
A warm and special appreciation was given by the NURSS National President Comr. Levi Zachariah George as well as making passionate appeal especially for the Rivers State College of Health Science and Management Technology in terms of better welfare and the poor state of the health school, the President also used the medium to decorate the Project Governor as a life patron of NURSS,

The Rivers State students whom honoured the event were excited as well as the host community.
The Secretariat building has given the students Union a facelift, to God be the Glory and Congratulations to the Comr. Levi Zachariah George led Administration.
