[jws understand that as humans, they make mistakes too. However, they also understand that being too close and visiting the opposite sex unattended may also result in rape, or victim can be drugged and raped. They also realise that Jehovah is the final Judge as he sees all that we humans can't see and thus, know. There are also some cases where someone is disfellowshiped and the decisions later reviewed and found out that the person was actually innocent, and then reinstated

Rape results from getting too close or visiting the opposite sex unattended? In what universe or dimension is this the case?

"jehovah" is the final judge yet you indicated earlier that a victim of rape can be rightly "disfellowshipped" and forced to deal with visitations from "elders" who would judge the victims every moves for mistakes?

Does it even make sense to punish/disfellowship a victim simply on the grounds that he/she was a victim of a crime, in this case , rape?

Or because they were abused.

This here is a case of a JW that was raped, and punished with a disfellowship in connection with her rape.

This important detail you seek, will it somehow be removed from the fact that all this is tied together with her rape?
