Could there be a reason behind this or just out of sheer wickedness. All motorists whether old or young, sick or healthy in the South Eastern Nigeria are asked to alight from their vehicles and trek across all military checkpoints in the region.
They have been doing this for motorcyclists for over a month now, but of recent, they extended it to commercial and private vehicles.
Is this done in any other regions??
