Cardi B, an American rapper, has responded to backlash from fans who chastised her and her husband Offset for presenting their 3-year-old daughter $250,000 and an exquisite necklace for her birthday. Celebrating Kulture on her 3rd birthday, Offset shared a video of himself dancing with her.
