Such measures have involved understanding the environment in which crime thrives.

It's for this reason am here to make a request to all commuters, especially those commuting through the corridors from lagos to Edo, Delta and other southern states.

How many potholes do you encounter when in route from lagos to Delta and vice versa.

What areas are in terms of towns are they located in?
