The problem is that Buhari's insensitivity has made the South United. That is a new development to the North as they've never seen the South United, so the North doesn't know how to respond to this. The South is now matching the North madness for madness.

The southern Yoruba APC also rejected the bill so don’t come and defend them here I don’t want to sound tribalistic but this Yoruba APC for selfish reason don’t want to do the right thing.. all the law maker’s in Nigeria are all greedy all of them

The North is afraid that electronic transmission of results will expose the fictitious results they produce to manipulate elections. Imagine Borno where Boko Haram threatened people not to vote and controlled 7LGAs had more vote than Lagos state with 4 times the population of Borno state.

The deputy speaker is biased and should not lead the session on this matter anymore

Yoruba APC Senators also rejected the bill. This is why Igbos are at loggerheads sometimes with them, they will easily abandon the interest of the South under little pressure
