I thought APC didn't conduct any primary according to INEC that monitor the primary election and also people like Ngige and other APC members that said Andy Uba just manufactured figures and gave to INEC. Whats really going on and why PDP and APGA has issues. The INEC should not make any mistake to dash APC the position.

APC didn't, based on INEC report. However, only an Aspirant who contested in the APC Primary can challenge it. INEC can't.

INEC's jurisdiction starts & stops when they are called to Court to testify then they will tender their report.


For PDP, it is an internal battle and has next-to-nothing to do with INEC. The NWC is undergoing an internal struggle.

For APGA, there is an issue wrt the dissolution of the NWC...and the Court for now is recognising the Jude Okeke-faction. INEC misbehaves, but I can't seem to fault them here.

PUBLICATION OF PERSONAI PARTICULARS OF CANDIDATES FOR THE ANAMBRA GOVERNORSHIP ELECTION

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) met yesterday, Thursday, 151th July 2021 and among other things considered the List/personal particulars of candidates nominated by the various political parties for the Anambra State Governorship election scheduled to hold on 6th November 2021.

The Commission also considered and took cognizance of the Judgments/Court Orders served on it in relation to the primaries of the political parties and other processes leading to the election. In line with section 31(3) of the Electoral Act, 2010 (as amended) the personal particulars of the candidates will be published in the Commissions Notice Board in Awka, Anambra State while the names of the candidates, the, gender, party, age, qualification and the Commissions decision/ remarks are herein attached.

The Commission will continue to act in consonance with the Constitution and the law and will continue to obey the Judgments and orders of courts served on it.

They have already started the abuse of the judiciary and the courts.
Finally, unless Nigerians stop sitting on the fence and confront those who have annexed this country, this country will only get from bad to worst.

That pdp candidate Obiozor made too much money from Elumelu & Transcorp, he is looking for a way to squander some of the billions of Naira amassed, the money those guys @ UBA, Transcorp made, & are still making till tomorrow is unimaginable.

APC candidates are the oldest there......... didn't they have youths in their party abi.............
