So Anambra will throw away Soludo with all his experience and capability to pick one nonentity because Obiano did not give Bianca ticket. So much for picking competence over sentiment. Even almajiri will not be this petty

Not everyone forgives.

Some people will get at u no matter the opportunity cost.

The way Fulani herdsmen don't forgive? Well, Soludo got at them first in 2015 and 2019 and he got this one too. Ka ana ejegodi.

slowpoke can't you see from recent history that the Ubas have lost their mojo? Blind bat, explain why he couldn't stop APGA from producing a candidate at all because that would have been the only way to stop Soludo. As long as APGA is registered as having a candidate, the courts will determine who exactly that person is. Appeal court awaits.

You are a vacuous troglodyte, you lack basic comprehension and you have no fu...cking clue of the dynamics and pointers that led to the confusion in APGA resulting in the emergence of Umeoji and Soludo!

What the Uba's want so far, they have achieved.

Umeoji is loyal to the Uba family, Umeoji cannot win any election in Anambra, Uba's will not win the elections even if they rig it.

Stop being an idio...t, the internal issues in APGA has the Uba family as one of the key factors.

Is there still any hope that Soludo will be back as APGA candidate?
. It seems two factions conducted the APGA primaries .INEc recognized one .The faction that produced Soludo was disregarded. Soludo has a right to go to court if dissatisfied. The court will declare the primary to be recognized From my observation.,it appears the other faction that produced the flaggbear accepted by INEC is recognized by the party.

I think so.

Edozie Njoku (then APGA Deputy National Chairman, South) and Oye held parallel conventions in Owerri & Awka respectively in 2019 as to the National leadership of APGA.

Their case is still a subject of litigation, though an Appeal Court September last year affirmed Oye; another High Court is upholding Njoku. Obiano is backing Oye. Soludo emerged from Oye's faction & Njoku emerged from his own faction.

Jude Okeke, the National Deputy Chairman (South) of APGA announced the two factions were suspended.

The matter is still in Court, only an injunction was given....Could change tomorrow.

This I think: The FHC will now want to x-ray whether the NEC followed the party guidelines.

From APGA's Constitution, Article 23(2);

INEC has also stated that; In a change of leadership, vide a Congress or Convention, they should be informed to come monitor the process because the individuals will sign some documents with them.

Governor's from the party cannot call for a NWC meeting or NEC meeting. The chairman of the party can call for a NWC meeting.NEC imeets periodically to assess the party activities and can have an emergency meeting anytime. Article 23 (2)APGA constitution

Soludo can't file any case because it is already statute-barred.

His only hope lies on Oye.

Statute-barred? Waoh..
He didn't participate in the Primary that brought up Umeoji. He has no locus.

His only option is on Oye to win his own case in Court.

Once again, Soludo Solution is in shambles!

Obiano will regret the day he joined to fight Ojukwu’s widow from going to the Senate.

It was a very stupid move he would live to regret.

Maduka should go and collect Alex Report ticket as fast as possible make we just know it’s between Ifeanyi UBA and Maduka

The thing weak me. Obiano use Ojukwu’s party to become governor from retirement, Ojukwu’s widow Bianca during Obiano Campaigns tour every local government to drum up support for the same Obiano for two good terms .

yet, Obiano deny her her APGA Senatorial party ticket in her husband’s party upon the fact that she is a former presidential advisor, Ambassador and a lawyer only to give the same party ticket to a secondary school dropout Nicholas Ukachukwu who end up being overwhelmingly rejected at the polls and came a disgraceful 4th position.

This began the rejection of APGA in Anambra State.

Exactly!

And I heard a lot of people in APGA swore to get back at Obiano because of that

Cos I don't understand.

. INEC monitored that of the other party not that of the Soludo 's faction. Some powers are behind Soludo not the main party structure. This conclusion is premised by the acceptability of the flag bearer by the party.
