Ikeja Electric, alongside other DISCOS has been synonymous with outrageous billing. It happened that we met a post-paid meter in our drycleaning shop at Ilupeju, Lagos which already had some debts on it as at the time of renting the office space.

We have been paying N10,000 monthly into the prepaid meter since we migrated from the post-paid meter. The N10,000 worth of electricity units lasts for a month plus but we cannot recharge the meter due to IKEDC’s wickedness.

This nonsense must stop as we have been running on generator for two months without any feedback on our petitions as attached. No thanks to the lackadaisical attitude of the management and staff of Ikeja Electric.

Officials of IKEDC should reach us on 08035040044 since they prove to be unreachable via their customer service channels.

Thank you.
