But a rich man will want to do a ceremony that worth 50 Millions using 20 cows, and he will get donations of over 300millions, with over 300 cows.

But donation to the poor is actually Giving because in most cases you expect nothing in return, but the donation to the Rich is investment..
Rich people give Rich people because they will benefit from that person when their own ceremony comes, and they will be benefitting more contract too.

But any donations done for more favour or in appreciation of a favour is not giving but investment.
