Job description

To head marketing and sales dept, to provide and manage marketing opportunities, set up & structure the dept; direct & develop sales team; penetrate new markets; schedule sales/marketing operations & reports. Devising both short & long term marketing activities.

Identify market opportunities, design and develop and tailor make strategies for local markets. Identify & explore new business opportunities, emerging markets

Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the campaigns, ensure consistent corporate branding and supervise staff in the marketing and sales dept.

Minimum qualification
A graduate in marketing and sales
4+yrs experience - with at least three in a management role
Must be commercially aware, numerate with excellent relationship building skills.
