Hello Guys,
Am planning to buy a Toyota Corolla a.k.a Small but mighty from a neighbour next week, I need little ideas and knowledge about the car.

What are the major issues to be expected with this kind of car?
Maintenance tips for the car like type of engine oil for service.
Is the car worth the price 650k, though the body is still very clean and engiene well maintained by the previous owner.


Your advise will be highly appreciated.

It's a good car like someone said but 1998-2002 Corolla shorts oil which is a factory defect. You can Google it and get users experience. You might be lucky to get one that's not shortening oil, but even with that, it's a nice car that you'll enjoy.

It's a very strong car,...normally when buying a naija used car jst make sure it's not an over used car that's were the problem is. If it's well maintained buy it.....abt shorting oil,depends on the oil ,I was using Visco 2000 oil and it kept shorting in my Toyota Camry 2003 but as I changed to mobile XHP the oil shorting stopped till date....
