She is a quack. An internal medicine or emergency medicine doctor performing cosmetic surgery is a quack, she doesn't have the training for it. And if you are not the judge, maybe you can use the time you are using to attack someone you can't see or know her professional history, to write meaningful articles to educate people on why you don't do quacks, and then in the same post keep calling Dr Anu out. It could help, too, knowing there is a learned person in the field who still remembers and wants justice for her victims
