The Global Terrorism index notes that Fulani herdsmen are the fourth deadliest terror group in the world and there is a reason you have not seen them being tried in court despite the grievousness of their crimes. What is noteworthy in the situation of Nigeria is that they are emboldened by the protection that religion and ethnicity afford them so they commit crimes with impunity. The Fulanization/ethnic cleansing presently destroying Nigeria has been emboldened by the creation of a political culture based on the ethnic and religious identity of the most influential figure in the land - President Muhammadu Buhari - and that of his closest associates whom he has implanted in power. For this group, political power is an heirloom which must be circulated within their executive class, and which admits handpicked members after they have proved themselves worthy of belong by ostentatiously performing their loyalty to the club of political elites.

Critically analyze the implications of the above on:

1) Ensuring the effective growth of business activities in Nigeria.

2) Proffer ways forward to arresting the negative tendencies and advance the growth and development of firms and industrialization in Nigeria.
