The size is already within range.

[size=8pt][the reason you are having issue is the size of the passport you are uploading is bigger than 50kb and must be jpg...

I think u shouldn’t panick since u can’t submit without uploading the passport. I also have the same issue but I want to wait a bit to see if they will make changes to their system. I would have suggest u wait a bit but since u have submitted just print out the copies of the application. I hope u get another email notifying u of the completion of the registration?

I had to open a fresh mail to use. Still same problem.

It's not abt passport. It's abt registration. Admin has not sent username and password to my email.
I'm still waiting for verification.

Please help. After successful registration. My Username and password was sent. But whenever I tried logging in to continue registeration, it takes me back to the same registration page. What should I do next.

After logging in, go to far right hand corner and click application. Then navigate to my application and click. Finally, press complete application.
Press next at the bottom right of the page to continue

Now you can easily upload password and it shows on data page then print
