I will advise you buy block like 1500 or you mould block if you can trust any one to do that for you You buy upto 59bags of cement for the block work You get a tipper load of sand After you have paid Omonile their foundation money then you start erecting the building Preferably dry season to avoid stories At any stage your budget finishes, you stop there till when next you are ready With the above, you will definitely get to Lintel level |
