Please, I am planning to buy land in Port Harcourt but I'm a novice on this and I am scared of falling into wrong hands. That's why I am posting this so that I can be well grounded and not fall victim.

1. I want land owners or those with ideas to tell me what I should do, say, observe or request for before buying any land.

2. Should I request for C of O to prove its legit?
