A Property Development Company located in Ikeja is in need of a Quantity Surveyor.

Responsibilities
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities for buildings
• Preparation of Materials and Labour Schedule for Building and other construction projects
• Inventory Management
• Work Assessment and Review of claims
• Keeping and updating market prices of major building materials
• Interim and Penultimate product valuation
• Preparation of project account
• Prepare resources for work packages
• Advice on procurement of materials and labour

Requirements
• 1st Degree in quantity surveying,
• 2-3 years’ experience in related field
• Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to analyze financial records and apply data to improve results
• Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports
